Good Ol Days and the other things
This weekend there was a festival held in Pacific Grove called The Good Old Days. As the tale goes, back in the 50's the housewives in Pacific Grove would meet in a parking lot on Lighthouse Ave and exchange family recipes. It became a routine and eventually the town turned this exchange into a festival with carnival rides and delicious fried food. So we checked it out this weekend, stocked with live bands, a live zumba class, lots of vendors and wild animals. Sunday we went out to breakfast and played tennis in the afternoon. Yesterday I bought all Easter things and made some baskets. I can't to make Easter Pie next week. Today I went to this lovely bakery and picked up some sourdough bread for my hubby. Also on a note, there are so many cool different flowers and plants in this area. Going to do a blog on it soon. Hope all is well.

Cannot WAIT!
Joe and I are going rock climbing next weekend and I cannot wait.
One of the reason why I love my home so much is because of Rock Climbing. Its one of my favorite sports to watch and sometimes do. I love the culture of it.
There is a rock climbing gym close by to our home here in Cali and we are going to check it out next week. Who knows maybe I'll meet a couple of climbers and I'll start doing it outside. But not to get ahead of myself, I am just super excited.

creative spirits
2 things.
1: I got a new phone (an iphone) and found this awesome photo booth app. So here are some pictures. Don't be alarmed if you get a photo like this for a present.
2: I made candy sushi (rice crispy treats/swedish fish/fruit roll ups) really easy, really fun and definitely delicious. Joe is bringing them to his job tomorrow, hopefully it goes over well.
I am definitely in the mood to create something, maybe paint..good news is that my photography class starts next Thursday.
Heather's Pregnant!
I think it's time to announce the great news..that Heather and Shawn are expecting a little baby in September (Joe's birthday to be exact..9/11) and it's very exciting. .they don't know what they are having yet, but have you heard of the Chinese Calendar Gender Chart? It's fascinating and a few of the Ultrasound Tech's from back home (NY) informed me about it. So I looked into it and based on the age you will be when you give birth and the month the baby was conceived it tells you what you are having. According to the chart, they will be having a girl! Now, this may be silly but I do have a feeling she will have a girl!
My feeling was right!! She's having a girl!

Hi all,
Haven't been on here lately, been kinda busy with everything. My Mom, Aunt Toni Ann and friend Lorraine came out to visit me last week and it was the best ever.
We explored all over town: Girls night in with Face Masks and wine:), walking around Pacific Grove and sunsets, Fisherman's Warf, Cannery Row, Farmer's Market, Santa Cruz Boardwalk, Big Basin Redwoods, Moss Landing farmer's market, Napa, San Fran (chinatown/little italy/Fisherman's Warf/Haight-Ashbury/Painted Ladies/Union Square) Big Sur (kind of, drove Mom until the road was closed off)
I miss them so much already. I am so happy they came out and love them so much.
