It's fantastic! It's half a block from the beach *Lover's Point exactly*
F.Y.I.
Did you know that Lover's Point is named after a reference of Jesus, not a couple of romantic kids?
thanks Framer's guide book!
Our new address is 109 16th st apt #6 Pacific Grove, CA 93950 in case you feel the need to write or send us some love.

It's an old victorian home converted into 6 apartments. Our apartment is by far the best deal of the place. We have two entrances, a den, a bedroom, a living room, an amazing kitchen (with a built in table nook), bathroom and a huge back yard. We have slowly been trying to furnish it. Kind of hard when your broke, but Vintage stores rock! and so does having a Pier One credit card.

We bought an air mattress for the first night and it was by far the worst sleep we have both had. Every time Joe moved, I moved. Usually air mattresses do not bother me one bit. But maybe when two people are sleeping on it, it's trouble some.

Anyway by the luck of the California God's, Joe found a barely used California King mattress, frame and box spring with free delivery on craigslist 5 minutes away for super cheap!
The couple who was selling it were very cute. They are from Scranton PA! We made plans to cook dinner one day and maybe go sea kayaking!

What are everyone's plans for 4th of July?
In Monterey, there are no fireworks due to the budget so the only place to go in Northern Cali is San Fran (which I believe to be ridiculous, think Time's Square in NY for New Years Eve) or Lake Tahoe (which is 6 hours away and Joe is on call)
So I think we will just stay local. There is a cute town called Spreckles that puts on a 5k in the morning and a parade in the afternoon. And it's free. So that might be fun. Monterey and Pacific Grove are also putting parades on.
I was reading the news, I see that it's going to be 96 degrees in Poughkeepsie on Sunday. UGHHH! With the humidity. Good God! Keep the AC on and stay hydrated (water that is..) And don't forget about your Pets! (jeez I sound like a square..especially since I just used the term 'jeez')
miss you all!
