Want to personalize a Valentine card and not spend a lot of money?Here ya go: Have someone take your picture or in my case I took a picture of my friend, Ariele, like the one above and focus on the face. Slice two holes (one above the hand and below the hand) and insert a lollipop. It's cute and awesome. If you're really creative you can Photoshop "Happy Valentine's Day" on the picture and print out.
