Sunday we spent the day in Big Sur. We hiked Garrapata State Park with our neighbors Jamie and Jason. It's a beautiful hike. You start off going through a valley of different plants and flowers (Cacti and Poppy (state flower) Then, you hike through Red Wood tree's and streams of water. It's stunning. After the hike we headed down to Nepenthe Restaurant. It's absolutely breathtaking. It's nested on a cliff! We enjoyed wine and their famous steak burger.
It's so sad to say goodbye to Big Sur. We've had some many fond memories. It's probably the most beautiful place I've ever lived next to (beside the Gunks)
