Photography class starts next Thursday, I am very excited for that. Almost done with my scarf and on to the next. Been making home made soup's and delicious meals thanks to Kitchen Boss on TLC. For the best Italian recipes go onto the TLC website and look for the show Kitchen Boss (it will list recipes such as shrimp scampi, home made sauce, stuffed peppers), the chef is Buddy Valastro (the man who is star of CAKE BOSS) Anyways he's Sicilian so it reminds me of my grandma's cooking.

My friend Vicky moved back home this week. She is from Scranton, PA and her husbands contract for the Defensive Institute of Language expired. We had coffee on Monday and said our goodbyes. Kind of sad but she was really excited to get back East.

Going to spend time in the library to get some books on interviews, self discover, travel and hiking in California.

My interview is next week! We are flying back next Thursday and so excited to see our family.

Signed us up for the 5k so now we HAVE to train because it's non-refundable and we are committed to running one of these best runs in America.

Also got some very cool news to start looking at places in Big Sur for my bff's special day :) Excited to see what beautiful places there are for her and her lovely fiance.

Joe is well, gorgeous as always and sweeter than pie. My husband is the greatest thing in the world, I am such a lucky lady.

Has anyone been watching the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show? Have you ever seen such cute dogs, it really reinforces the need to get a puppy out here it's just impossible to have one in this area without paying a ridiculous amount.

Anyways that's all folks. Planning on having a relaxing weekend training for our 5k and cooking Sky Line Chili (google it!)
